What is a Will?
A will is a document created in order to pass along your assets and provide for your family when you're gone. It appoints an executor. It appoints a successor executor, if you've planned incorrectly. It's also going to appoint potential guardians for your minor children, first and secondary - that's always important to have in there; and it's also going to leave assets to individuals that you may want to leave them to, or charaties. It's a document that's important to manage your life after you're gone, and it's a doncument that everybody should have.
