The most common violations I see in my practice involve speeding, careless driving -- for example, somebody’s in a car accident, they rear-ended another motor vehicle that’s a careless driving example. People who run the stop sign, for instance the stop sign a lot of clients will come in and say, well I stopped at the stop sign when I pulled out I was in an accident. Well stop sign involves two separate responsibilities; stop at the stop sign and then yield the right of way.
So those are the most common moving violations that I see. I also see a lot of violations for serious offenses such as driving while their license is suspended or driving without insurance. Those carry mandatory license suspensions and for second offenses carry mandatory periods of incarcerations, so those are the ones I see mostly in my practice.
