Pick out three or four attorneys, go to their Web sites and do some research on them.  Any good personal injury attorney with a good Web site will have testimonials on their, will let you know if he’s AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating and the top five percent of the attorneys get that rating.  It’ll tell you if he’s handled cases similar to yours in the past, if he has hired experts in the past, if he is willing to advance the expenses of litigation and if he’s willing to sit down and give you a free consultation. 

If all of that information is not his Web site, you can feel free to call him.  But most attorneys are going to Web sites, so that people searching the Internet can get a lot of information and be able to go ahead and make some informed phone calls.  

With two or three phone calls and two or three free consultations, you should be able to pick a great personal injury attorney for your case.
