When you make a complaint about harassment or retaliation or discrimination in the workplace your employer has an affirmative obligation to make sure that you are not retaliated against.
That there are no reprisals taken against you; and that means that your job conditions can’t be changed, your pay can’t be changed simply because you’ve made a complaint. Sometimes it’s not easy to see whether or not this is happening but if you think it is, if you think the person you complained about or their sponsors or allies in the company or that the employer are looking for their back and they are trying to get back at you, you call me and we’ll take it from there.
