Limits to Probate:
Actually there really isn’t technically a time within which you have to probate a will. Many times wills are never probated at all if, in fact, property is owned jointly by a husband and wife, all property. There may not even be a necessity to probate a will. But if, in fact, a will has to be probated because there’s property found in years later, that will can be probated, and it’s perfectly proper to do that.
