NJ School Discrimination: Facts and Information

The law against discrimination doesn’t only apply in the workplace it applies in the public sector in all phases of our lives. It applies in every store you go into, it applies in every public building you enter and it applies in schools.

I have an increasing number of cases for children who are not being accommodated by their schools because of disability or handicap. And I have a number of cases for children who are gay or transgendered that are not being accommodated by their schools or even worse not protected by their schools from harassment, bullying and the like.

When we were kids, when I was a kid you know bullying was kind of a fact of life, but now a days you don’t have to put up with it and neither does your child. If your child is a member of a protected group and they are being harassed or discriminated against in school the LAD offers remedies and we are here to help.
