Lemon Law Lawyer: Final Chance Letter

After the client brings the car to the dealer for the same problem two times, he should then get a -- he or she should then get in contact with me.

At that point I would write what is called a final chance letter to the manufacturer telling them they have on more chance to repair the defect. If they are able to repair it then that’s the end of the case and obviously you have a car that’s repaired. If they can’t repair it then at that point we would file the lemon law claim after their third chance to repair it.
