It depends if you have been harassed at work because you are a woman, because you are a man, based on your age or your sexual orientation, your perceived sexual orientation and you quit because of that harassment then yes the law in New Jersey is very clear that you are entitled to collect unemployment because you had good cause to quit your job.
If you are being harassed not because of your age, or your gender, your national origin or the other protected classifications, but your employer is abusive and your employer is hostile and your employer makes it just too difficult for you to continue to work you may still be entitled to unemployment, it’s a closer question. It’s a more difficult question but you may be able to get unemployment in that instance.
