The nice part about these cases, these LAD cases, discrimination cases, harassment cases and whistle blower cases is that almost always you don’t have to worry about how much your case is worth in order to secure a lawyer like myself, an employment rights trial lawyer.
There are provisions in those laws that allow the court, and even compel the court to order the bad guy, your employer that’s violated your civil rights, to pay my fees over and above and separately from any recovery to you.
