Ethnic and Racial Workplace Harassment

Racial or ethnic harassment is when you are exposed to conduct which is hostile, intimidating or abusive that is either severe or pervasive; meaning that it happens more than once in the work place and that is motivated or on its face racist or ethnicist.

That means that someone is attacking you because of the skin color or where your ancestors come from and they don’t’ only do it with words that are hateful. Sometimes they do it because you are Black or you are White or you’re Asian but they don’t necessarily use those hateful terms.

As long as the motive behind it or the flavor or harassment is ethnic or racial it may be racial or ethnic harassment.
