I’m frequently asked, “Can I get a license for work, can I get a license for school, I care for a dependent grandmother or mother; can I get a conditional license”? In New Jersey a conditional license doesn’t exist. If you’re suspended you’re suspended, that’s it.

You don’t have an ability to drive under any circumstance, there’s no exceptions, there’s just no law that exists to allow that. So if you are convicted your license is going to be suspended and that’s in total.
