Under New Jersey law sexual harassment is when you are the victim of conduct that is severe or pervasive; and pervasive just basically means that it happens a lot, happens more than once that is sexist or sexual on its face, or is because of gender.
Sometimes sexual harassment can be literally sexual conduct, touching, words. But sometimes it can be just harassing, intimidating, abusive conduct that is motivated by concerns of sex or gender.
