The whole inside of your house is made of drywall, the ceilings, and the walls, everything on the inside. Well, in about 2004 until about 2006, there was a shortage of drywall because of Hurricane Katrina and also because so many houses were being built in Florida. So, some builders imported drywall from China. And, we’re recently finding out that the drywall made in China is different from American gypsum drywall, there’s a sulfur compound that gets emitted into the air, and in Florida, where it’s very humid, that sulfur mixes with that humidity and creates a sulfur gas. The first thing that people notice is that their air conditioner goes out very, very quickly. The coils are destroyed by this sulfur gas. And, other metals in the house start getting corroded. That’s how people seem to know that they’re having the problem. There’s questions about health problems, and other damage to the inside of the house caused by the sulfur gas.
