What is an Aviation Accident?
Well, most people think of aviation accident as crashes and of course, if there is a crash somebody may be injured or sustain a wrongful death, that’s an aviation accident, but there are other kinds of aviation accidents, things that happen on planes that do not crash. As such someone who may fall on the aisle, objects falling out of the overhead bins or even people who are injured due to air turbulence, those are also aviation accidents.
