Asbestos Lawsuit Compensation

My goal in representing mesothelioma victims is to try to get them some compensation for their disease. Unfortunately, I can’t take that disease away from them. I can’t make them better. I can’t cure them. But what I can do, and what I do do is try to get them some compensation for the injuries that they’re suffering from.

The companies that were manufacturing and supplying the asbestos products that most of my clients if not all of my clients were exposed to are companies that, at the time they were making the products, knew that these products were dangerous. They knew that asbestos was dangerous and yet instead of either coming up with an alternative ingredient for their product, or instead of putting a warning on their product about asbestos, they chose to manufacture the product, to sell it, and to not say anything to folks about how dangerous it was.

There was plenty of information available from as far back as the ‘30s that asbestos was dangerous, and yet these companies ignored that information and put products on the market that ultimately have now led to my client’s disease. So my goal is to try to get some compensation from these people for my clients, and to try to help them with the burden that they now have with their medical expenses, with their co-pays if they have insurance, with travel to and from places they have to go for treatment, and to help some of the family costs as well. And ultimately if we can do that, then we’ve been successful and we’ve helped in some small measure these folks deal with this terrible disease.
