Aviation Accident Claims
There are two kinds of aviation accident claims. The first would be a commercial claim where someone is injured on a plane that is on a scheduled airliner. The second would be a general aviation accident claim and that would be where an injury occurs on a private plane that is been flown by a private pilot that’s not a scheduled airliner.
